The Importance of Meeting Protocols in Change Management
Change management related to new environments needs to address changing behaviors, how space should be used. One of the big topics with the idea that we want equitable participation when some people might be in the physical place for a meeting and some are participating virtually. There really need to be explicit protocols about how meetings are going to be facilitated so that everyone is included at an even playing field.
