An effective meeting agenda sets clear expectations for what needs to occur before and during the meeting. You'll want to seek input from your team to make sure that the agenda reflects their needs and keeps them engaged. A good tactic for that is to list topics as questions to be answered. If there's no preparation, you just write none. And if there is something specific, you write that as well.
