The Value of Staying Close to the Code
At stitchfix, it depends. Every time with u staff plus engineers, i's always a different flavor, aright? So i can speak for myself, specifically. And that i have a pretty much equal mix between softward development and actually writing code. Verseis not writing code, i guess, getting to work with people in various different ways. Sometimes it's not development, it's sometimes ats. I have to do something but usually it's that's the time that i have free to develop.
