I Don't Know - What Does It Mean?

i don't know is a catch all phrase that actually means different things. For example, what do you want to eat for dinner? Do you want pita or tie r? I don't know. It's not that i don't know, it's that i've good reasons to want both things great. How would you help a client who comes in and says, how do i trust myself when i keep failing my goals?
