The Benefits of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioural therapy is used to help women through the menopause. CBT has a very good track record in helping with range of difficulties like sleep difficulties even, anxiety and mood swings. It's not as an alternative to my chart so for a lot of women I'm sure you agree their psychological symptoms often will improve with the right dose and type of HRT but then also improve even further with the tools that you're enabling them to learn from.
