And last week, mcdonald settled one of the other lawsuits, i'm brought by two other franchises. Just yesterday, it settled with herb washington and bought him out entirely. So im, as of yes day, for washington, after forty years, is no longer part of macdonald amen his restaurants ar are in the hands of other franchises.
