How to Define a Solid KPI for a System
How do you define a solid KPI? Because I think sometimes we create these outcomes, but there's so many other things that this outcome is dependent on outside of this one system. And it's the same thing with the KPIs where we just put a lot of pressure on ourselves in the beginning to say, is this right or is this wrong? It being wrong allowed us to get to a place of what we ultimately wanted and that was the right KPI.
