Introduction

Frank Haidel, 31, was shot dead in a Staten Island strip club parking lot. FBI agent Ted Otto worked on the case for years and became obsessed with it. The mob targeted Haidel because he'd begun to cooperate with the FBI. It could have been that Otto refused to accept the unimaginable grief of Haidel's mother who lost her son 12 years earlier.
