What Did We Learn From the Special Grand Jury?
The report from a special grand jury in Georgia on alleged election interference by former President Donald Trump has been released. Portions of that report have been released and they reveal that the special grand jury saw possible evidence of perjury by one or more witnesses who testified before them. It would be unprecedented if criminal charges were filed against Trump, but he also kind of smashed the term unprecedented to smithereens when he suggested that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger could just find the exact number of votes that he needed to win Georgia back in 2020.
