If you're trying to meet someone in real life, when you leave the house, putting a little effort into how you look so you feel good is important. The last thing I want to say on this, like again, take this with a grain of salt. But just practice like go out, go get a coffee, and the whole time don't look at your phone. Just kind of like look around, look out the window, be in the world, be present.
