Narnia Chronicles - Is There a King?
The story of Narnia concerns an unacknowledged but true king, and the efforts of his loyalists to reclaim or protect his throne from would-be usurpers. And it's because Lewis is wanting to say that, yes, human beings have their power structures; in Narnia, these are kings and queens. Even Azlant acknowledges the higher authority of the emperor over the sea, his father. So there's a kind of kingship within the non-Narnia equivalent of the Trinity.
