How Do You Know if You Want to Work With a Publisher?

The two most important things that we kind of need when trying to onboard a new client are a time line and a budget. We tend to book fairly far out am so, like, we turn a lot of work just based on that. Sometimes we'll get a game that's already had some development work or maybe it's just very good designer tat thay'd already got it to a pretty good place. And then other times we're starting basically from scratch. But we do need ou no kind of a north star to go toward, um, which will help guide the end product.
