Do You Think the Us Supreme Court Is Inclined to Enjoin This Law?

The district judge in this case, has issued one injunction against f b eight. That was in the case that the united states brought against texas. And we know that the us Court of appeal towar this circuit didn't think that there should be an injunction against this law. I don't understand why the supreme court took this route instead of just do they just want to avoid deciding the ultimate question? There's no way of knowing that, but it just seems like this is, this is ridiculous to be sending it back to the fifth circuit.
