Is There a Need for a More Significant Art Movement Within the Jewish Project?

i think that art is something that pushes forward society. If you don't have a world of art within the jewish culture, then i feel like jewish society is missing out on a very important force for culture change and culture growth. I came of age in art school and as an art educator in a way where i would distance and suppress my jewishness in my work. And there has been a lot of early feminist jewish artists, jewish women artists, an jewish performance artists who their jewishness isn't obvious to non jews, but ends up being very obvious to jews.
