There's a question of authenticity and honestly there's a bullshit detector that I think we all have when you are going through social selling understanding what someone's ulterior motive is. Your customer is not just validating what you're putting out there to the masses, they also see like who are you connected to? Do I know someone that's connected to you? Are you a trustworthy person?
