The Path Out of the Debt Ceiling Negotiation
A short term debt ceiling increase that gets us past the budget deadline. Then let's do a budget deal consistent with the budget deadline, he says. And once we have a budget deal, we will pass a debt ceiling increase to pay for it, Boehner says. But Democrats will say we've agreed to a spending cap steal and did not negotiate over the debt limit, he adds.
