There seems to be this brief honeymoon period where the industry itself is drawing its own lines about exactly the tension that is not, as you say, otherwise it's just being worked out in courts and legislatures in generally pretty crappy ways. And then we have this brief, glittering moment where it seems as though the industry is going to police itself. So i don't know that we could ever return, because we have so many publishers out there. But my worry is that if we don't return to that sort of time at least,you will have courts responding in the way they do.
