Every morning, when I come down for the day, I journal and then do an hour of work on the boring part of the business. Every day at the end of the day, which I define as 5 p.m., I write down my list of priorities for the next day. After your work stays over, be home, be resting, be dealing with these other things. And again, the product backlog, the good idea, very write it down when you think of it, deal with it tomorrow, officially add it to the backlog tomorrow.
