And i spoke to kostantin rasanka, who operated this telegram channel reporting the news in herson independently and bravely bcause he was telling the truth about the occupation. It also transpired that he essentially ran an underground network of subversives inside kerson. He worked with the ukranian military and security services to target russian occupying forces.
