We talk to our doctors about typtu, dibetes, weight ganger, covert family history of hypertension and should i be eating differently for my calestral levelbu not talking about food in relation to our mental health. And that's the niece that nutritional psychiatry fulls helping people to understand body intelligence. I think that it's a powerful tool to understand that nutrition is a life style measure - no one is a perfect eater. Too feel emotionally better, and naturally physical ailments and conditions will improve as well.
