Decarbonization and Energy Security

Energy security has become a much bigger topic again, and is colliding with energy sustain ability. Does energy security mean a bigger rush back to fossil fuels? Or does it mean a bigger push to renewables? These questions cannot be separated. And the problem is, i don't care if its europe us, r or asia, there is no well defined energy policy in how you deal with any of these questions. The only group that can actually correctly price this are the governments, not investors.
