Zone Two Training for Cardiovascular Endurance Training
The zone system is a way of tracking intensity of cardiovascular training. If you can have a conversation while you're doing zone two training, you're probably at the right spot. Zone one would be really easy for an endurance athlete to do. The heart rate zones at best will get you in the ballpark.
