How to Manage a Multi-Disciplinary Team

It's a bit like headline writing isn't it that people will write a headline but for the person who's maybe not an expert in that field or doesn't you know has got Mr. Context they'll think that their headline is perfectly opposite. To create these things you really have to understand the point you're trying to make rather than just being a creative type of bullet points I need to get out because that's a but let's face it that then you've got to find people who can do all of these things yeah no and it's as I say a very difficult set of skills to be able to find in in one person which would lean towards then multi-disciplinary teams.
