I always knew that I wanted to be supporting my parents and retirement same with my brother. We're very tight knit and we're very reliant on each other in an emotional sense, not in a financial sense. It just helped that we were all on the same page about having that initial conversation which was nearly two years ago now. "There's no shame or harm in prefacing the conversation with that," she says.
