Boeing's Decision to Challenge Lawsuits in the Ethiopian Airlines Max Crash
A judge ruled this week that relatives of victims killed in the Ethiopian Airlines max crash can seek compensation for pain and suffering. The ruling rejects Boeing's motion that they didn't have time to think about these things. There are reports that there as of early May cases involving around 80 victims have been settled, leaving around 75 pending.
