Is There a Massive Exodus of Refugees?
There is a real risk of a large exodus of refugees over the next year or so, which could be numbered in the millions. We do not have a massive armed conflict at the moment, but we do have the kind of conditions in terms of a pretty authoritarian government with no regard for the welfare of the population. All of those add up to the possibility of a flow of a million or more. It's certainly a scenario that we should be ready for.
