Tim Bream: I think these two examples both in the pre pandemic and pro and during the pandemic have, have the similarities and patterns that you can actually connect. We all look for that common purpose for that rallying for that, you know that it matters to somebody. That is what I have seen at least work very very well across these engagements. And once people started seeing his commitment and this leadership commitment to driving this thereby into the program became dramatically improved right they were really committed to making it happen because they saw why what they're doing method.
