Building a Culture of Pragmatism
If you build a culture that just wants to mess around with the new hotness, unproven, whatever tak then your culture reflects that. It's also partly what you reward, but what gets you your bonus or your pay rise at performance review process. What we give a panet scale is our head of hha. At the end of every review period, she analyzes all the reviews and picks the traits that the people who exceeded expectations. We only aim for less than ten % of the company can exceed expectations. If you have masses of the company exceeding expectations, then it doesn't mean anything. It has to be truly special.
