Sonuja: Over the last decade after the great financial crisis, 2008, 2009, the Fed dropped interest rate to zero. Now if you're a saver, you actually get some yield and it's kind of hang out and sit there. So no, should someone just hang out and sitting there at four and a half percent? That's that's a million dollars question. He says he prefers Goldman Sachs' "T-bill and chill" approach where investors don't take on as much risk when they have cash in their bank accounts.
