More Learning Is Not the Primary Input
More learning occurs in any organization when people feel empowered, get the organization right, and learning follows. If there's no trust in an organization, you're never going to get a learning culture. So i then began to work out the model, what are the constraints? And it is about autonomy, empowerment, a sense of purpose. If you can drive these things, the learning almost looks after itself. But if you lose that perspective, which you do when you just folks on, you lose your soul.
