Everything in your life is a reflection of you. It's the story you tell yourself about yourself, what you believe is capable. They're the choices that you're making every day and at any time you can choose to make a different choice. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there. And as Bruce Lee said, if you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life.

HAVE FAITH! Have faith that things will work out. Have faith in your dream, no matter how bad your situation is. It may be stormy now, but it can’t rain forever. Keep believing. Listen to this in the morning and live a happier, healthier life!
