Leadership Development - How Do You Approach Self Mastery?

Leadership development is about being better for everyone through self mastery. How do you approach that? I like to take my brain for a walk and read The Daily Stoic, which brings me ancient wisdom from over 2,000 years ago. And then bring myself into the world by talking about these things in a very secular way.
