The World Motorsport Council governs pretty much every like FIA motorsport and they're basically just like the meetings that they have to dot eyes and cross tees and sign papers. So is there some scope for Formula One as an entity to do away with the FIA and maybe promote their own rules enforcer? It does happen on occasion most recently there was a dispute about the number of sprint races where the FIA wasn't improving how many F1 wanted.
