Derby is an attractive place to live because it has a lot of manufacturing jobs. People move there on quite high salaries for just often two, three years. They might not necessarily want to buy. So it was like a niche that they're identifying. I think that's very different to, oh, look, somebody's in a cafe working on an Apple MacBook with one of those tiny beanies doing video production. That's the kind of place Derby now is. This was an extraordinary story that you were relayed by somebody you were interviewing on the podcast.
