You Can Now Disable iCloud.com Access for Your Account
If you have an option for ADP in the US or you're at any of those versions worldwide, you can now disable iCloud.com access for your account and that's separate from ADP. And if you turn it off, you can turn it back on, but you can only do that from devices. You can't do it from a website. It doesn't disable any syncing either. But with this method, someone could, I mean, they could log into certain services without a device because they could still use an SMS method. So somebody who is genuinely paranoid would be more likely to be attacked than most people.
