The Church Is Good and the World Is Bad and Dark
There is a thread of this problem through alli kind of evangelical christianity. The church becomes the good place, the light place, and tin the world is often the bad place or the dark place. And i remember thinking much in those kind of binary terms as a younger man. It may be because when you're younger, like finary views of the world do come more easily to the way you gran do icetra.
