For every shunt lesion whether it's an ASD a VSD a PDA you know wherever the shunt may be those are the three big things that you want to think about. Having a congenital surgeon evaluate the patient and not someone who doesn't see these particular patients is also very critical. The outcomes are better in the hands of congenital surgeons for congenital heart defects than they are for non-congenital surgeons. That's actually a great take-home point for shunt lesions thinking about arrhythmia heart failure and pulmonary hypertension when we continue to follow up and care for these patients.
