The First Amendment Protects Your Right to Tell a Lies

I don't really have insight into Dorsey personally, but I will one theory that my lawyers had as we were discussing a settlement with Twitter. Jack Dorsey's been the one guy who has seemed in his public statements as parsimonious as they have been. Elon believes in free speech. I do. But, you know, he's not the ideal situation is not that we're dependent on Elon Musk. It's that Twitter gets recognized as a public utility that essentially has to allow all the speech in the world. Whether we get there or not, I don't know.
