The National Siber Security Safety Board

The national security safety board would follow similar in structure and mandate to the national transportation safety board. The idea would be that there would be a team of people who investigate breaches, figure out what happened. This would be separate from any findings of faults, olika in in a, i should say, legal determination is a fault, right? It would would basically try to figure out what actually happened for the purpose of trying to make the more secure.
