The Impact of the Dam on the Ukrainian Counter-Offensive Plans
Before the dam was blown, the Ukrainian armored forces could potentially operate over a vast area from the east right to the west. In effect now, they're not going to be operating certainly with armored vehicles to the west of the dam for several weeks or months. So I think it has restricted their ability to operate. Now, whether they were going to anyway, I slightly think it was a little bit too obvious. And my experience with the Ukrainians is they are very canny.
