Time Travels Backwards Through Time

Rice gaspar's novel, el anacro nopete, was published one year before wells storied the chronic argonaut o. And i haven't read this novel in full, but i came across a part that i thought was so gooda that i wanted to share it here. The inventor is explaining his theory of time v the example of sardines and canned peppers. Can you still doubt that the atmosphere is time? This is one of those things that, like, wrong, but genius.
