I think for me it's I think looking at the big picture and just the role of the NHS as an anchor institution. There's something about if we can't get flexible working right there then work on we get a right, she says. so do you know of other examples where that could be brought back to the health service or do you see good examples within their health service? She adds: "Primary care is ahead in this but if you look again come run if you look at GP partners very few of them are female"
