I Don't Want to Be Dismissed.
There was a dissent by one judge. He asked what's going to happen if these gay servicemen with their colleagues are on maneuvers? And they are up the top of a mountain. It's very, very cold. They have to huddle together for warmth. I thought this was really very, very odd. So that case was highly memorable. The MOD with the cover of Strasbourg changed the policy. But it was tragic for these people because their careers have been strict.
