The GRA says it's struggling to retain the members of its guardy units. They say people are leaving more and more, they're not sticking with the job. The COVID pandemic through Harris has brought in this new emergency roster. He wants to go back to a kind of pre pandemic roster now where you have guards working six shifts of 10 hours with four days off.
