It's like being it learning to just have the feeling and stay with it, out of not being able to tolerate it. And also compassion. Other piece that's hugely important here is to learn about,. you know, the prefrontal cortex. So in the addictive state that flight fight, freeze and fold state of dorsal, the dopamine system isn't functioning well.
