How to Structure a Deal

I think kind of the approach that I've taken, I guess at a very high level, is kind of like an LBO approach where you have a component of debt and it's a cash flow loan because it's an asset-light business. There are various unaccepted to be honest. So we've done a deal on a compressed engineering business that does like air compression systems and nitrogen generation systems and things. And so we've already gone from zero to 25 million in the space of six months, pretty much, which is significant deal for us really. But yeah, no back to the thing: It's been able to be creative with the structures and how you can get stuff done
