The Importance of Format Control in Publishing

In theory, it starts with very robust commissioning. For a book to get through the commissioning process, there's quite a lot of work and including in that is forecasting. And then we will produce the book and we will go to a good size print run on the first printing. But I think now the technology is really changing. The printing processes have really come on. We're having to look at our formats so we can be much more digitally available.
