I noticed that there's a set of situations where the people who are following the rules are given no actual path to victory. And then it makes sense to me that they would renege on the disarmament agreement and pick those weapons back up. I think that's such an interesting point. It reminds me of playing strategy games when there's multiple players. There's this like really depressing thing that often happens in not very well designed games: Just like whoever's doing the best, everyone else just hangs up and kills up.
