The Lord Is My Physician

The idea of a shepherd restoring a sheep, it can mean one of two things. Philip Keller in his book, A Shepherd's Look at Psalm 23, he talks about cast sheep. The reality is that sheep have these wide bodies with very flat backs. If they stay down for too long, gases can build up and they will die. And I know what it is like for my shepherd to restore me.
