The Rise of Light Rail in Vienna
The two big infrastructural interventions are the railways and the canal. There'd been an original proposal to build the Stuttban in the 1870s. The successful proposal for that had also involved Wagner who would have been quite young at the time. Vienna's expansion is going to be powered by railways. Urban railway. I think the Parisian there's a mix actually I'm probably wrong about that.
